工作职责:
1. Follows all safety and environmental guidelines as per company policies

2. Ensures trades personnel develop JSA’s prior to undertaking any work that does not have a previous JSA.

3. Co-ordinates and supervises daily work for boilermakers, fitters, trades assistants and contract maintenance personnel.
协调和监督焊工,钳工,钳工助理及维修承包商工人的日常工作.
4. Re-organises trades personnel effectively to tackle unexpected plant breakdowns.
合理分配各工种人员以有效地处理厂区意外故障。
5. Provides on the job coaching, motivation and control of all maintenance personnel to ensure high standards of safety and quality of work performed.
提供在职指导,激发和管理维修人员,以确保达到高标准安全意识及高质量工作。
6. Attends the daily processing meetings and prioritises job requests arising from the meeting.
参加每日会议及评定工作等级。
7. Liaises with the maintenance planner and process personnel to ensure that all planned activities are as per scheduled times.

8. Liaises with the maintenance planner to develop short and long term planning to deliver a high level of plant availability.

9. Liaises with stores personnel to expedite the timely supply of equipment, spares and consumables. Specifies stock levels and items kept in stock.
与仓库人员协调,以加快设备,备品备件及消耗材料的及时供应。制定库存水平及库存项目。
10. Assists in the development and implementation of mechanical procedures.
协助机械程序的开发与实施。
要求:
1.Qualifications Qualification at certificate level preferably fitting, statutory equipment safety management certificate, pressure vessel operation permit, and outstanding engineering background.
1.证件 工种证件(证件等级,钳工证)
特种设备安全管理证,压力容器作业证。
良好的工程学背景。

Five or more years trade experience covering fixed plant breakdown, scheduling and preventative maintenance. Supervisory experience is essential. Strong sense of service and effective implementation of instruction.
